We have been shipping the Bolesławiec ceramics for years. During this time we have gained valuable experience and developed standards for protection of ceramic goods for transport. We treat every single order individually, bearing in mind its weight, size and the distance to cover. Each product is protected with bubble wrap or foam, which minimizes the risk of damage during transport. The whole order is packed in a collective box. 

We ship our parcels only through trusted courier companies. We take up bolder challenges and successfully deliver the orders to European countries, Canada, USA and Asian countries.

INFORMATION ABOUT COMPLAINTS

• If the goods are damaged during transport, we take 100% of complaints into account.
  

• Please send a photo of the damaged product to our e-mail address: biuro@e-manufaktura.com
  

• After receiving the photo, we will send the same product at our own expense or refund the costs if the product is not available.

• The deadline of complaint is two months.
  

• Exceeding the deadline results in the loss of right to complaint (the seller is not liable).
